Update of an organizational role with child organizational roles failed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. define an organizational role with child organizational role
2. export that parent organizational role
3. update the parent organizational role

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The update failed with exception "a role can't be a parent of a project or an 
org".
Background is that the role is cleaned up before the update itself runs. 
Cleanup for an organizational role means that the "isanorg" flag is modified to 
"isanrole".

Attention! The kind of role must be always defined. This means that in the case 
no kind of role should be defined, the MQL keywords "asarole" must be defined!
