It must be possible to ignore attributes for CI types which are business objects #153

For persons an attribute 'Last Login Date' exists which should be not handled 
from MxUpdate. Because there are also other cases possible, this feature must 
be configuration via the mxupdate.properties files.

Another case is attribute "Originator" for the person, which should be only 
overwritten if not specified before. In this case a specified value should be 
written.

It would be good to able to select/unselect also other person specific 
configurations, e.g.:
- property
- cue
- filter
- table
Currently some of those are throws errors when having special characters there 
in value.
