VIM interface error #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I wrote a JPO to get the details from onsite server
2. JPO  will call webservice :  hmVIMMap = 
cpfClient.webCall(strSOAPEnvelope,cpfClient);
3. getting error -  Error: #1900068: execute program failed
System Error: #1600039: java.lang.AbstractMethodError: 
org.apache.crimson.tree.ElementNode2.getTextContent()Ljava/lang/String;

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
out put expected is {Status=Success, Status Code=200, Response=} 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
enovia 10.6, tomcat 5.5.15, JRE -1.6.0_27

please help me out in resolving this issue.
