Automatically Compile JPOs if updated #19

Currently JPOs are only updated, but not compiled. So the user does not know if 
the JPO compiles 
within MX correctly.

with r363 the needed functionality for auto-compile on the deployment tool side 
is implemented, with r364 the 
commands and the calls are added on the eclipse side
