Update of an inquiry failed under Windows #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create / update an inquiry with MxUpdate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should work, instead an error occurs that the file of the inquiry does not 
exists. This happens 
because the file name will be escaped from MX.
