What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use plugin together with V10 eMatrixServletRMI.jar
2. while startup the decorator could not extract the icons

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The depending class is now defined within FcsClient.jar. Because only the
eMatrixServletRMI.jar
should be used theBase64 encoder from apache commons codec must replaces the
current used
Base64 encoder from MX
