digest in priniciple the Data50 / Data200 object #35

The main Data50 objects - transport networks and waterways - are available easily enough.

CRS is good old inž. Křovák / EPSG 5514.

Spatial information looks very nicely; non-spatial information does not quite follow ArcČR500 logic. Some information - e.g. silnice$mezinarodni_oznaceni, zeleznice$kategorie - is likely to be lost.

The level of detail of Data50 objects is significantly higher (duh... Data50 vs ArcČR 500) and optional lo res versions should be seriously considered / size is about 10x bigger (again, duh...)

In the light of new information - the Data50 res objects are unwieldy and perhaps too detailed - it seems a better idea to base new objects on Data200. The resolution is still double of ArcČR 500 and the data are somewhat more current.

As a side benefit there are more data fields available, and there seems to be a measure of EU standardization (opening the possibility of e.g. Slovak rivers?)
