Once the Data50 is in principle understood it will be necessary to prepare updated versions of:

[x] reky
[x] lesy
[x] plochy
[x] zeleznice
[x] silnice
[x] vyskopis
[x] chr_uzemi / based on AOPK data, but 2020-09 is not exactly fresh data

The AOPK data seems not to be as stale as it seemed / or rather the data is not too quick to change; update will not be necessary. The same applies to výškopis; elevation is not going anywhere, and if it aint broke...

Waterways & transport must be updated, a big question mark is the lesy dataset (rarely used).

The Data50 objects are too detailed (and too big); the new release will be based on Data200 layer.
