Clean up K-Means-Clustering

• Add markdown title and subtitles for sections
• Add code comments where necesary
• Remove long & uninteresting outputs (like printing a whole df)
• The notebook should walk the reader through our work and explain all of its output
• Its results should be clear & explained.
