Kibana 4 6 support #88

The url structure for cabana 4.6 is different then previous versions. This change adds a conditional to the install manifest to adjust the url if version 4.6 is specified.

@dschaaff @jlambert121 any thoughts on getting this patch working? We are trying to upgrade one of our clusters and running into kibana 4.6.1 install needs.

From what I saw in the travis checks the failures may have just been a transient thing

This would be very useful right now - running into this issue currently.

I'm using my forked version currently so that is an option. Hopefully this gets merged soon though.

The only thing this pull request is currently missing is a test.
