I take a liberal approach and almost rewrite the whole code base. Hope you don't mind. I did not test ST2, but works for me in OSX ST3.

Thanks! I don't mind the rewrite at all, I have been meaning to migrate this plugin to ST3 for some time now, you've saved me all that time and added some great enhancements.
