add auxiliary content to ContentPage

by "auxiliary", we mean something like a sidebar or inset; something that would be more easily maintained if it had its own place in a layout

• add migration for auxiliary_content:text
• add an extra text editor to ContentPage editor (hidden unless empty; click to show) for auxiliary content.
• add a layout helper that displays auxiliary content
• create a sample layout using auxiliary content
