During homing, probe is still triggered after pickup. BUT doing manual pickup, it works fine.

So working in my KlickyNG install.

Keep having the issue that when picking up the probe to home Z, i will get and error saying:

Error evaluating 'gcode_macro _SetProbeState:gcode': gcode.CommandError: Probe attach failed!

And probe will still say "triggered" after picking it up. Then, if i like twitch the probe "on/off" the mount fast for as sec, then i can have it sa "open".

• I have measured the probe, and conecctions are very stable, and not shoing any signs of bad connection, same with the mount.
• I have mounted and shimmed the mount to get a good parallel connection between magnets when the probe is mounted.

And now i also did start to test with picking up and docking the probe manualy, using commands to send it to the dock. And when doing this, i dont have any problems with it saying it's "triggered" when probe is mounted.

I dont have quad gantry leveling.

Any idea?

Greetings, i had the same issue, sometimes it was working flawlessly and other times not at all. My Solution: on the octopus board i had the probe voltage set to 12V, when i measured the DC voltage on the probe points i had about 11V, so the probe was not getting enough voltage and thus the probe state did not change, so set the probe voltage on the octopus board to 24V and everything was back to normal, i hope this helps someone :)
