Probe_Calibrate issues #212

Hello. Current issue I am having is when I run PROBE_CALIBRATE I GET THIS.

Error evaluating 'gcode_macro PROBE_CALIBRATE:gcode': gcode.CommandError: Must perform PROBE_CALIBRATE with the probe above the BED!
