Voron v0 long probe not working #221

I have build the Klicky NG for my Voron V0.2 and it works well with the normal probe. But with the long probe I experience the problem that the magnets seems not to be strong enough. When I put pressure on the microswitch pin the probe moves up before the microswitch makes contact.

Does anyone experienced the same issue and has some advice? I thought that I had the wrong magnets (N38) and bought new ones that are at least labeled N52. But same problem here.

You can use two magnets on the 3rd magnets slot, that normally solves the issue. but you can also try this 5mm shorter vo unklicky version. KlickyMG_Unklicky_Short_v0_body.zip
