Name of related component: Management API Content Experiments

Request summary:
In the Content Experiments API, my customers would like the option to 
distribute traffic evenly across all variations. It has recently been 
implemented in the UI but it would be GREAT to have API access to this 
attribute.

Use Cases:
I have an application that allows customers to create and manage their 
experiments and many of them want to be able to opt out of the Multi-Armed 
Bandit in favor of even distribution of variation views. I would simply 
implement the toggle button in my application.
