Only last ecommerce item is sent when no SKU is specified #704

Ecommerce Tracking - Web Tracking (analytics.js)

Issue:
When adding multiple transaction items to a tracker via addItem, if no SKU is 
specified (or if they are the same), only the last item added is sent. The docs 
for this indicate the field SKU is not required, which seems misleading.
