What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create page with background color (non-transparent)
2. Export to PNG
3. Page background is transparent
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PNG has a specified background
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3beta, Windows XP, Firefox 8
