Use LF line endings for all resource.json files #163

Ignition saves resource.json files with LF line endings. Force LF line endings on checkout in .gitattributes file to match, and avoid warning in Git Bash: image

Files impacted: .gitattributes No impact on the library, but will reduce confusion by eliminating the warning.
