Enable faceplate resizing, and component scaling #181

Enable faceplate popup window resizing. Disable faceplate popup caching so they initially open at a consistent size. Modify components that appear on templates to ensure they scale properly, and scale text. Note: Templates inside template repeaters still do not scale.
