==What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open edp.sqlite3
2. Open the resources table.
3. That status field 'inactive' doesn't work yet in EDP. It still shows up on 
the 'Fixes' page.

==What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally the fix shouldn't show up on the Fixes page.
