SGLN Implementation #6

Implementation of SGLN based on existing code. SGLN Filter, Header, Partition Table with values based on GS1 values. Parse method based on GRAI implementation with an addition to suppport "/". Observation : I couldn't find examples with extension where it was more characters than "/".
