Link to baseball savant pitch-level docs #208

I had some difficulty finding what each of the columns in the statcast data meant, and realized there isn't any link to the Baseball Savant page detailing exactly that.

Sorry for the extra changes. I forgot I have my editor remove trailing whitespace on saving.
