Editing the ubuntu version to 20.04 since there are no available build of Python 3.6 for the latest Ubuntu version.

Since we dropped 3.6 support from PyBaseball, I'll close this PR and open another one to just drop 3.6 from the .github/workflows/pytest.yml Python versions
