Hi Tres,
I'm sorry it took so long to get back with my progress. The issue with
PostScript prints always being sent to the default printer is certainly due to
an issue with the latest Java browser plugin Java 7 Update 25. I can't say if
it's also a problem with earlier Java 7 versions. The solution was to get my
browser Java plugin reverted to Java SE 6. It's my understanding that all
Macs come with a full JDK installed and my version happens to be 1.6.0_51. The
Firefox plugin now reports Java Plug-In 2 for NPAPI Browsers 14.8.0. Here is
how to reinstate the Java 6 browser plugin on Macs using the terminal:

This is a perfectly acceptable configuration step in ensuring our applications
can meet our client's printing needs on Mac machines. Most of them to date run
Windows, though we are anticipating an increase in Macs. All this considered,
I am going to press forward with a jZebra integration in two of our core
applications. I really like the direction you are taking jZebra particularly
with the serial communication support. It's possible that we will have a need
for this in the future particularly with scale integration. I am going to
forward your donate page to the Operations Director here and recommend that the
company donate to jZebra before its release at the end of the year. Great job
again with jZebra.
