Zend frame work not complete #15

I installed Zend Framework 1.9.2 and i missing the complete locale file.
Can you check this please.

Your size expanded is about 15 MB, the Zendframework takes here 25MB ?

Indeed, confirmed.
On Windows is OK, all XML files under Zend/Locale/Data folder are there.
On Centos, are missing.
But those files are in the /tags/Zend/Zend-1.9.2.tgz file, so something is 
happening
at pear install/upgrade time
I am investigating,

for an example. I installed xxampp on windows, there is pear and zend.
I made a upgrade. no locales. I uninstall pear unistall zend/zend and then 
install it 
again zend/zend. no data directory for locales. - only manual copy helps...

Issue is fixed.
Now all xml, sql, and flf file are there.
Please test and let me know.
