Unable to download 1.11.5 #21

For some reason, I can't pear install the 1.11.5 version. It halts downloading 
at varying times.

It's either my proxy or the package itself - and 1.11.4 downloads just fine.

To reproduce; download the raw version from 
http://code.google.com/p/zend/source/browse/tags/Zend/Zend-1.11.5.tgz in a web 
browser

Expect:
 * It fully downloads

Actual:
 * It halts half way

from command line , try: 
pear upgrade zend/zend
Is working perfect. 
Indeed , can't be downloaded in browser, i just tested with different files.
But is not expected to be downloaded that way, so if you need the archive for 
other purpose then PEAR,  you need to download it directly from ZF site.
