README should mention that the repository needs to be cloned recursively #3

When I tried this extension out after installing the native script it kept silently failing for me. After some investigation I discovered that this was due to the inotify submodule being used, which isn't cloned by default and so was empty. It would be good if the README mentioned the need to clone the repository recursively so that submodules get cloned as well.
