updated the installation instructions #428

since python-hearthstone is still evolving while fireplace's development is halted the latest hearthstone version breaks fireplace (i couldn't find the required 3.6.18336 as the oldest is 3.8.18792)

Fireplace needs to be made compatible with the latest version of python-hearthstone; this is a fine workaround while that happens but I don't really want to merge that as an actual installation instruction.
