Hey @mostafa-j13 or @jlefebure,

I've using this very nice project in one of my projects. For this reason I would like to use the latest version of minio. This pull request performs an upgrade to minio 8.3.0 and all other dependencies.

Just advice: you can fork this repo, change it and import your forked repo in your maven/gradle using https://jitpack.io/
