Upgrade to spring boot 3

Here the changes :

• move to spring boot 3
• upgrade dependencies
• use lombok for getter setter and logs
• add self restriction in MinioNotificationConfiguration (because errors while starting, circle reference)
• add validation to MinioConfigurationProperties
