Remove get_buttons.pyc #15

get_buttons.pyc got checked into the top level repository. Since the pyc's are artifacts of importing py's, we want them generated at runtime.

I don't think this is going to hurt anything (as on target, it should get replaced), but I want to blitz this file anyways...
