Feature request: Specify different delimeter options within and between elements #430

I would like to be able to use a hyphen delimeter within elements of a filename, while using underscores between elements. Currently, this option seems to available only for multiple authors (ZotFile Preferences --> Renaming Rules --> Additional Settings --> Delimeter between multiple authors). It would be great if this option could be expanded to "Delimeter within an element." Alternatively, this could be added to "Replace Blanks" as "Replace blanks with"

For example, for the citation: Abbott, Andrew, and Alexandra Hrycak (1990): Measuring Resemblance in Sequence Data: An Optimal Matching Analysis of Musicians’ Careers. American Journal of Sociology 96:144-185.

With the current options set to: image

And the requested option set to: Delimeter within an element: - OR Replace blanks with: -

The resulting filename would be: abbott-et-al_1990_american-journal-of-sociology_measuring-resemblance-in-sequence-data
