PDF cannot get from tablets #560

System: Ubuntu16.04, Zotero: 5.0.96.3, Zotfile: 5.0.16-fx.xpi.

I sent one pdf to tablets firstly, then I set some annotations on the pdf by iPad. But when I open this file by zotero, there is no change on the pdf. I check the zotero, find it open the original pdf in the custom folder. It supposed to open the pdf in the tablets folder. Then I use the "Get from tablets" function. The original pdf wasn't replaced by the changed pdf.

我把文件送到tablets里面，之后用iPad添加一些标注，然后在放回到tablets里(通过坚果云同步). 之后从zotero打开文件,并没有发现我的标注,但是从tablets里面打开这个文件是有标注的. 然后我确认了zotero,发现它打开的文件是保存在个性化文件夹中的原始文件,而不是送到tablets里面的文件. 之后我使用"Get from tablets"功能,原始文件并没有被在tablets中的文件所替代.

The same problem with Ubuntu 20.04.3, Zotero 5.0.96.3, ZotFile 5.0.16 and Onyx Boox Max Lumi 2. I connect the reader by USB cable.

I found that the problem was that Onyx Boox PDF reader keeps the PDF file modification date the same after I add remarks into the PDF. So ZotFile cannot detect such changed files.

Hi Aleksey, I'm having the same issue with my Onyx Boox Lumi 2. Could you find a solution? Is there perhaps an Onyx Boox setting which allows the annotated pdf's date to be changed, so that finally the modified pdf could be automatically imported into Zotero in substitution of the original pdf sent to Boox? спаси́бо
