texify has issues with BibLaTeX and biber

Thanks for your PR. Could you be a bit more specific about the issues you are refering to? Maybe, you have a link to these issues.

@jlelong well, there are many posts on tex.stackexchange.com (e.g., here), miktex-users.narkive.com forums (e.g., here), and MiKTeX sourceforge.net (e.g., here). Some people (e.g., here and here) believe that you can tell texify to run biber instead of BibTeX via the environment variable BIBTEX but I have tried it, and it does not work. Even setting the environment variable to the full path of biber.exe doesn't work.
