Add note about Flatpak related problem #76

I spent a few hours on figuring out why my TeX executables were not being found until I figured out that a Flatpak version of VS Code / VS Codium is just not a good idea in this context. So this addition hopefully saves someone the frustration.

Thanks for your feedback. It might be better to put it in the FAQ section. The same problem occurs with Snap instead of Flatpak, see https://github.com/James-Yu/LaTeX-Workshop/issues/2437 .

Hi! I just moved the note to the FAQ section as you suggested. Hope that works for you? Sorry for the merge conflict. Forgot to update my fork beforehand.
