Reorder sections in Compile.md #91

Compile.md is very long now. We had better reorder sections from basic features to advanced features.

@jlelong how do you think? If you want to put the Multi file projects section at the top of the page, we had better make a new page for the section.

I think that it would be better to put Multi file projects on its own page but we would need to review all the links.
