feat: move the code blog back to the mothership #27

I clearly haven’t been keeping this site up to date, so I’m moving it back to my main blog as https://lengstorf.com/code/ for several reasons:

  1. No reason to keep paying to host this site when Netlify has free hosting
  2. Less code to maintain
  3. I’m more likely to write if it’s a Gatsby blog since it requires no context switching
