Leading Slash Added to Generated Links #12

Using your examples in README, I'm seeing a leading slash added to the generated links at both the point of reference and the footnote.

For example [^ref1] is converted to href="/#fn-1 which then links to that anchor on the home page.

My bad. Had some logic working on generated markdown links. Sorry for the noise.
