Update dependencies, use tailwind.macro alpha

Hey 👋

I am working on a new version of tailwind.macro which supports Tailwind v1 and has a new styled API. I thought I would have a go at incorporating the alpha into your demo to see how it holds up.

Here's a summary of the changes:

Replace babel-plugin-tailwind-components with tailwind.macro alpha – the macro is the recommended way to use the plugin, and the alpha adds a convenient API for creating "styled components"
Update all dependencies to their latest version
Replace some class names that have changed from Tailwind v0 to v1. e.g. pin is now inset-0
Replace the Tailwind config with the new v1 default

Looks like react got removed as a dependency.

My bad! Added it back in. I've marked this PR as a draft for now, until tailwind.macro is stable and Tailwind v1 is released (should be very soon!) That sound ok to you?
