Some teams have low 3FG

After a tournament was run involving several great teams, it was noted that the following team statistics were unusually low. It is not clear if this is a bug with the original code or with the team file ratings, but it was occuring with a combination of the original DOS game and the custom team files I've published. (Particularly, the latest versions that should have corrected errant values).

This list below represents the 3FG-3FGA during the tournament games.

After further analysis of all factors involved in this, it was indeed determined to be the result of using files that had unusual values for DEF FG PCT Adj.
