Halftime stats display #5

First page of stats is NOT full screen
Also, "display stats again?" is on grey background (would look better on black)

Side notes

We should keep the "grey background" for halftime stats as a standard for all games
Remove it from the "display stats again" screen only, as the grey background is really for the "boxes" being drawn

This has been addressed. The black background is now used where it should be.

The first screen is not "full screen" and has blue background, but it does not require being full screen as there are not a full screen's worth of stats.
