Stat file not checked for availability #2

In several modules, if you say there are stats for a team, and there's not, there is no checking and errors are thrown. Logic exists with all games I believe

All routines looking for stat files have now been adjusted to throw errors on 0 count, and also not proceed if any issues are encountered with the stat file
