Currently Eielson is not flagging on the geoChoropleth because of the data error (it says OCONUS, when it should say AK, to show on the map). Alaska and Hawaii are OCONUS and US states, so it's technically not wrong.
Either change the labeling from CONUS/OCONUS to US/Overseas and change Eielson's state to AK, or add a separate column just to accommodate for CONUS/OCONUS piechart.
