Update images to Alpine 3.10 #24

Hi!! First of all thank you for this awesome image. I use it for various applications and it would be awesome if you can update it to Alpine 3.10 :)

Hi @jlesage, is it possible to update the Alpine images to version 3.11? You can automate the refresh of your images using the GitHub actions :)

As far as I can tell its automated with travis-ci, he just does not build 'latest' but versions he defines in the version file(s).

@shiomax , I think that the travis is triggered only on push, isn't it? With the GitHub action you can schedule the refresh using crontab!

This is all done with version 4.0.0 of images.
