Updated docker-baseimage-gui-cac/rootfs/etc/cont-init.d/10-nginx.sh to add support for US DoD Common Access Cards.
Updated README.md adding the "CAC_AUTH" and "CAC_Common_Name" variables.
Added rootfs/defaults/DoD_CAs.pem to act as the DoD CA.
