Increase CPU Usage #153

Anyway to increase the CPU usage of the container? I've given it max resources but its only using about 30% (4 CPUs total).

Depending on the encoder, settings and your system, HandBrake may not use 100% of CPUs. You could try with the x265 encoder to see if you still have the same usage.

Running the H.265 encoder using just CPU. (There is no GPU in this system, and also the system is a VM with Nested Virtualization to allow running Docker). @jlesage
