multiple rips cause zombie processes #142

After ripping a number of DVDs, there are a lot of zombie processes. Something isn't waiting properly for its children.

Something isn't waiting properly for its children.

It seems to be MakeMKV itself. Do you still see the same behaviour with the latest version of the image/MakeMKV ?
