Can this docker version do a UpStream with various servers for Load Balance between them?

It is possible on NGINX Proxy Manager (I don't see who do it)?

No, this is not something that NPM can do currently.

Tell me something if you implement it in the future. Your app is incredible but, I need load balance. :-(

Dear jlesage, GREAT WORK!

I also need a upstream load balancer that I can connect to a 3 node RabbitMQ cluster and be able to set the streams to persistent.

Then I also need to be able to set up a load balancer to a docker swarm.

This additions would make your app the number one for nginx managent solution.

It is something we all would love and appreciate ASAP. Desperation calls
