Is uploading user guide supported? #778

Problem description:

Hi @jlevers I wonder if your library supports uploading PDFs with user guide/manual to Amazon? I'm looking for a way to programmatically upload those documents but I'm not sure if it's supported and which SellerConnector method is required for it to work.
